Winopso has no obligation to monitor activities on Winopso, However you agree that Winopso has the right to monitor Winopso electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law regulation or other governmental request, to operate Winopso properly or to protect itself or its subscribers. When making purchases or other transactions through Winopso or the Internet you may also be asked by the Merchant or information or service provider to supply certain information Including credit card or other payment mechanisms. You agree that all information you provide any merchant or information or service provider through Winopso will be accurate and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or other users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanisms at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You also will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, if any, relating to purchases on Winopso. Winopso is in no way responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs when making purchases or other transactions in this manner.
Limitation of Liability
Winopso takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of any claims or statements contained in the documents and related graphics on Winopso. All such software programs, documents and related graphics are provided without warranty of any kind. Winopso agrees to take reasonable steps to confirm that software promoted by Winopso on sites is adware, malware or otherwise virus free, however this does not include software promoted in the forums or user profiles. Winopso cannot be held responsible for any damage to your computer, system, network, data or mental or physical state of being due to software downloaded or any information obtained via Winopso, it’s affiliates, partners, associates or providers or via the Winopso Free Software Directory, although every reasonable attempt has been made to ensure that all titles available in the directory are free of said infections.
Recourse
If you are dissatisfied with Winopso or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Winopso in operating Winopso, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Winopso sites, nothing more, nothing less.
Confidential Information
You authorize Winopso to collect from any party and to retain all relevant information relating to your use of Winopso, and you hereby authorize any party to provide us with such information. You understand and agree that Winopso will not,under any circumstances, arbitrarily release, sell or otherwise disseminate any information that can be used to identify you, your location or any other information pertaining to you with the following exceptions:

We promise, if you fall into one of these categories, we will bend over backwards in any and every way possible to get every piece of information we have to make sure that you fry, and we’ll do so happily – with a song in our hearts, and a smile on our faces.

All other product and/or brand or company names mentioned herein are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement, including any and all documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Winopso and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof. Winopso‘s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right. If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana and the federal laws of The United States applicable therein.
Winopso will not list, nor recommend any title that has any malware whatsoever – this includes but is not limited to: trojans, viruses, spyware and adware. If a title is listed here, that currently contains, or in a later version incorporates any code that contains any malware of any kind, shape, form or fashion, it will be removed from the directory to return only if the offending code is removed AND a public statement of apology is offered for being a general jackass and public nuisance (Those words must be used in the statement). We may further require that the software go through a minimum of 3 version releases without malware code before we will give consideration to testing and reviewing it again – and this still won’t guarantee that it will reappear here.
